Raffles Istanbul
Fling Bar Services delivered pre-opening development and support for Raffles Istanbul at the Zorla Centre in the pre- and post- opening phases of the project.
Developed signature bar concepts for all venues including; Long Bar, Writer’s Bar, Lavinia, Arola, Pool and Lounge 6.
Implemented standardised beverage service throughout the property including service philosophy, classic and international cocktail recipes and perfect serve specifications.
Delivered a hotel wide bespoke bartender training strategy including modules from Fling Bar Services’ signature training courses.
Q'bara Dubai
Fling Bar Services acted as Beverage Director for the Qbara project overseeing the bar operation in partnership with venue management and concept developers. This role involved the concept development and execution of the beverage program including the implementation of signature beverage concepts including the use of cutting edge techniques such as sous-vide and vacuum rotary evaporation to create a beverage list unique within the region that has been received with wide acclaim.
Responsibility for recruitment, OS&E, supplier negotiations, training, staff management, stock control, venue representation and marketing were all part of the project.
